In 1870 our school began

Looking out at the sea and sand

Paratene Te Manu had a vision for us

Hooked on learning the road to success

Pupuri te pihukahuka mo te akoranga x2

We can hear the ringing of the dolphin bell

Theres so many stories to tell

From watersports day to fireworks night

We learn to dive at the poor knights

Pupuri te pihukahuka mo te akoranga x2

We'll look back and remember with our pride

So many memories in my mind

Ngunguru School was the best step for me

To help me stand tall in society
