We have a new team! Our 2012 BBOH team consists of Tana Milton, Zoe Heswall, Devon Ashcroft, Rosa Harper, Jasmine Milton & Zara Collings. We are an enthusiastic bunch, and would love to hear from you if you have some stories about when you were at Ngunguru School.
We are all about Bringing Back Our History into the minds and hearts of the students here at Ngunguru School.
Our intention is to share our knowledge with as many people as possible and our first step is to show a powerpoint presentation each fortnight at our school assembly. We are also doing interviews with past staff and students of Ngunguru School each week to compile a "Book of Memories" which will also be available online.

Our topics:
- Paratene Te Manu - by Teina with her special interest being as her grandmother had done a speech on him and she is a descendant.
- Kiripaka Coal Mining - by Shenae who found coal in the Ngunguru River so was particularly interested in the topic.
- Mr Sonny Wellington - by Ebony who greatly enjoyed the interview we had with him.
